By subscribing to the Design: Unlimited service provided by January Creative, LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
Design: Unlimited provides ongoing graphic design services for one flat monthly fee. This includes design requests as outlined on januarycreative.com/design-unlimited. You may submit unlimited requests and revisions, but only one active task will be worked on at a time.
2. Communication Policy
All communication takes place exclusively in Trello. No meetings, emails, phone calls, DMs, or texts will be used for project communication. This structure keeps everything organized and ensures clear, trackable progress.
To get the most out of the service, it’s important that the Client actively follows up on Trello—approving, reviewing, or providing feedback on tasks in a timely manner.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 2-3 business days per task, depending on the complexity of the request. Larger or more complex tasks may take longer and will be noted accordingly.
4. Ownership & Copyright
You own 100% of the final designs delivered to you. All copyrights are fully transferred to you upon final delivery of each design. I reserve the right to showcase work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Fair Use & Right to Refuse Service
This service is intended for use by one business entity per subscription.
That business may submit design requests for itself or on behalf of its clients, provided all requests are managed through a single point of contact and centralized Trello board.
January Creative, LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel service if usage becomes excessive, unmanageable, or abusive—such as flooding the queue with bulk submissions, demanding unreasonable turnaround, or attempting to work around the one-at-a-time request structure.
January Creative, LLC may refuse or cancel service at any time, at their sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to abuse or violation of these terms.
6. Pausing or Canceling
You may cancel anytime. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused time. You may also request to “pause” the service and resume later, with time credited based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service and time-based commitment, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure whether this service is a good fit, feel free to reach out before purchasing at [email protected].
8. Service Availability
Design: Unlimited is a one-person operation. While I strive for reliability and consistency, there may occasionally be brief delays due to personal time off or emergencies. Any extended downtime will be communicated in advance when possible.

By subscribing to the Design: Unlimited service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
