Design tasks that can be requested, but take a bit longer than 72 hours:

• Marketing materials up to 12 pages

• Any tasks that have alot of pages/parts

Design tasks that do not qualify under Design: Unlimited but can be requested as a separate à la carte fee (aka the traditional way of hiring for design tasks) through January Creative:

• Web Design
• Web Development
• Any coding tasks
• Video Editing
• Marketing Materials that are more than 12 pages

January Creative reserves the right to decline a specific design task for any reason (most reasons are due to the task not qualifying under Design: Unlimited subscription - see list of tasks not accepted). 

FAQ:

Is it really unlimited?

Yes, you can request an unlimited amount of design tasks in your queue. They will be worked on and delivered one at a time. 

Who completes the work?

There’s only one designer for Design: Unlimited - Amber. With nearly 20 years experience working with dozens of clients over various industries, she’s seasoned and equipped to handle your design tasks. 

Can I see a sample of your work?

Absolutely! Check out my project page to see some of the work I can complete for you.

How do I manage my tasks?

You’ll be set up with your very own Trello board, where you can add tasks and prioritize them in the queue. This is where I will see your requested task and work on it, and let you know when it’s complete. 

How fast do tasks get delivered?

For most design tasks, you can expect to have it delivered within 72 hours Monday-Friday. Revision tasks are often delivered faster. For larger tasks, they could take up to 5 business days to complete, with parts delivered every couple of days.

What if I don’t like the design? 

You can request as many revisions and changes as you’d like until you’re satisfied with the final product. 

How will the task be delivered?

Depends on the nature of the task, but most tasks will likely be delivered via PDF or JPG/PNG. 

What if my design task is not one that is allowed under Design: Unlimited?

We can likely still work on your task, but it would be outside of Design: Unlimited. Email [email protected] with your request to hire January Creative the traditional route. 

I work for an agency and manage many different clients. Can I request work for all of those clients through Design: Unlimited?

Yes, you can request work for all of your clients. The tasks will be delivered one at a time in your queue. 

What happens once I subscribe?

Since this is a highly personalized subscription service, once you subscribe, within 12 hours, you’ll receive an invitation to join your very own Trello Board, where there’s more information on your subscription and you can start adding design tasks to your queue.

Can I get a trial period?

Yes: two ways you can have a trial period: 1) request a refund within 7 days of the start of your subscription to receive 70% of what you paid back, with no questions asked; or 2) try it for a week at full price and cancel/pause before your subscription renews.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, anytime. You can pause and pick up whenever you’d like. Follow the details on your Trello board about pausing your subscription and reactivating.  

Can I get a refund?

You can receive a refund of 70% of what you paid when requested within the first 7 days of your subscription, no questions asked. Your subscription will be cancelled and partially refunded.

Due to the highly customized nature of the design tasks provided, there are no refunds after the first 7 days.
